Bypillow Irala - Bilbao

Brilliant base for a 6-night stay with knowledgeable staff at the reception desk. Cheap room with neat king-size beds.- Includes a safe, central heating, and a work desk.

The location is very good, it is close to the center so you can visit it without any problem. The staff was incredible, they were very nice, the first day they told us everything worth seeing, they pointed it out on the map and whenever we went back to sleep at night they asked us how everything was.

first day we put the sign on the doorknob to clean and make the room but they didn't even change the dirty sheets, from that day on we hung the sign so they wouldn't make the room again, to make the bed we could do it ourselves. There was one day that we were in the room with the computer in the afternoon and wifi was constantly going off. to the point that we couldn't use it, we went to ask and they told us that it could be because of the repeater but they didn't solve anything so we couldn't continue using it,

The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the room was huge and cheap with king size beds. The location was great and easy for first time visitors to Bilbao😀👍

This place is simple but tidy, and the staff here are amazing! The location is convenient, just okay. The rooms are always clean and look brand new, plus they have useful amenities like a shower and heating. 🌟

Very helpful hotel staff. The airline had left our luggage in Lisbon and the hotel staff were very good getting us toothbrushes, toothpaste and other toiletries that we needed until we got our bags back. The small lounge area had great (free) Wifi reception and was a nice place to relax. The room was spacious with a large wardrobe and bathroom. Great power shower and plenty of towels were provided. Very near the train station but as we were only there for the bbk festival I'm not sure how great the location was for exploring the main part of Bilbao.

The reception area is quite shabby and old fashioned which on stepping into the hotel did put us off slightly at first.

The hotel is not situated in the most attractive part of Bilbao. The rooms are quiet small, and very noisy...

Convenient location makes it easy to get around, and there's parking nearby 😊. The room is spacious and affordable, plus you get complimentary tea and coffee. A great deal!

Close to the city centre, the room was big enough, and best of all very affordable.

The local area around the hotel was a bit rough. The room we stayed in faces towards a landing area which was a bit dirty and dark. The room is quite dated and had a hint of smell from the blanket.

It was close enough to the old town and everything else. I thought the rooms would of been better considering the price we paid

The staff were very helpful, there was a good free internet connection.

I asked for a quiet room and there was no noise from outside, but the rooms were poorly insulated and I was disturbed by other guests coming in late and making a noise.

Convenient location with easy parking options nearby. Stayed in a double room that had complimentary tea and coffee available. 🚗

Friendly staff, helpful with a few minor problems (which were mine, not the hotel's), let me in at 0130 h. I regret that I speak very little Spanish, but the staff had adequate English for everyday purposes. I would have appreciated BBC television. A handle in the shower would be useful, to prevent slipping when getting in and out.
